FERMENTIVAL de la Red Agroecológica
FERMENTIVAL is a special edition of the Red Agroecológica Fair devoted to fermented foods. It brings together fresh produce, artisan foods and drinks, vegan and vegetarian dishes, art and crafts, as well as workshops on fermenting grains and legumes, making sauerkraut, bread and wild beers. Janjo Corbalán and Lara Barreto provide live music, and vendors include In Panificio, Chica del Campo and Yogur Arte.
