Tren Paraguay
The Centro Cultural de España en Asunción and Cine Cañisá, in collaboration with Cineclub Itinerante and DocPy, present “Tren Paraguay”, a 2011 documentary feature and the debut film of Mauri Rial Banti. The film explores collective memory and nostalgia surrounding Paraguay’s former railway system. The screening will be followed by a conversation and discussion with Vladimir Velázquez Moreira and Geraldine de Brix.
